Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Kataiy, the Manager, whose impeccable service remained a highlight throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with every request truly made me feel like a valued guest. The accommodations were nothing short of exceptional. My room was spacious, beautifully designed with blend of traditional Lao architecture with modern comforts was a delightful surprise. The serene pool area provided a perfect oasis to unwind after a day of exploring the city's cultural treasures. I cannot speak highly enough of my stay at the Jasmine Luangprabang Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving me with cherished memories and a genuine desire to return. For anyone seeking a blend of cultural immersion, and heartfelt hospitality, this hotel is an absolute gem.

Excellent location in a quieter street close to the historic centre and a block away from the night market. Everything is in close distance like restaurants, cafes, the river etc. The staff at reception were amazing and very helpful. They helped organise tours , scooter rental and laundry for me. Breakfast was decent. The room was spacious and clean and had everything you needed. The pool was a great plus to take a dip and cool off, especially after walking around all day in the heat.
